Renting a Pushcart at Jurong point- starting on june 2007

INFORMATION ON PUSH CART
starting on june 2007 (so that u have enough time to prepare your items, tag your items or priced them well, prepare hangers and paperbags, order goods, etc)

All applications will be closed on 1st april 2007 payment of the rents to be made by 15th april 2007. once payment is made, u will be notify in 1 week time the location and details of the push cart. we will call u if you are shortlisted and arrange a meet up for full payment.

Kiosk Size : 2.22m (L) x 1.35m (W) x 2.05m (H)

Powerpoint: 1 no. Location: Basement 1 or Level 1 (this is given by the management of jurong point, we cannot choose the exact location, u can go down to jurong point to see for yourself if u like the location, jurong point. )

Rental Charges : Ranges from $80 to $ 140 per day and is determined by the location and the peak or non-peak periods.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Application form, together with picture on the products range, must be submitted for approval.email to mylittlecloset2000@yahoo.com.sg
2. All required payment under the contract have to be submitted to the management upon signing the Licence Agreement.
3. All cancellation of bookings are subjected to cancellation charges of up to 100% of the Licence fee.
4. Push cart are to operate from 10.00am to 10.00pm daily. manpower , if u are not able to be in stall, a 20% commission per item sold is to be given to our salesgirl. Our sales girl do not work on sat and sunday.
5. You may share with your friends but it have to be under one person name.
6. Push cart are to abide by rules and regulations as per contract.
7. once the pushcart is confirmed. we will meet up for the payment at jurong point.

NOTE : Only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
All charges quoted above are subject to 5% GST.
